HOW THE PORTAL MAY BE USED BY THE PATIENT:
· Use the message function to communicate with the clinic staff
· View results of lab and other diagnostic tests
· Receive appointment confirmation and confirm an appointment
· Add an appointment or cancellation request
· Request a medication refill or ask a billing question
· View Health Summary information in the chart and send clinic staff request to update information found missing or incorrect.
· Print or save an electronic copy of the Health Summary using the standard Continuity of Care Record (CCR) format.
